We always strive to provide quality products. Every product goes through our quality-checking process before delivery. Additionally, you can thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery and pay only if you are satisfied.
The delivery charge is 60 BDT within Dhaka and 110 BDT outside Dhaka.
Delivery within Dhaka takes 24-48 hours, while outside Dhaka it takes 48-96 hours.

Generally, we carefully inspect each product before handing it over to the delivery company. However, if there’s any issue during delivery, please inform us via WhatsApp or Messenger. Our representative will review your concern, and if the issue is genuine, we will take the necessary steps to resolve it.

No, Shayan Baby Shop is a fully online e-commerce shop. Currently, we do not have any showroom or physical store.
Unfortunately, we currently only offer home delivery. Our pick-up option is not available at this time.
Yes, you can cancel your order. Please contact our customer service immediately after order confirmation to request cancellation.
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the delivery company’s tracking service.
We provide cash-on-delivery, which allows you to pay after receiving the product. Currently, other payment methods (such as bKash, Nagad, etc.) are not available.
